Yesterday news broke that Martin Garrix would be playing a very special set for his Ultra Music Festival and over half of it would be brand new. Well, we are happy to report that the young superstar delivered, and then some.
Taking over the main stage, Martin Garrix’s performance was live streamed via Twitch for the entire world to see, but nothing lives up to experiencing it first hand. The energy he brought to the main stage makes it one of the most memorable sets so far.
Martin Garrix premiered a ton of new music, including his collaboration with Tiesto. It is also believed that his collaboration he is working on with Avicii also received air time, but it has not been confirmed. With the amount of new music he showed off, it wouldn’t surprise us if an album was in the works. 
To cap off an amazing set, Martin Garrix brought out a special guest which ended up being none other then Usher himself. Performing their collaboration together, the surprise guest shocked the main stage crowd.
From progressive house to hard electro, Martin Garrix pushed his sound back and forth and kept the crowd interested the entire time. If there is one artist meant for the main stage, it’s without a doubt Martin Garrix.
