“FourFiveSeconds” was a grand release and was quickly met with overwhelmingly positive reviews. Afrojack quickly tried his hand at remixing the song and the result was also rather positive. The latest person to put their own spin on it is Luke Shay. The LA based producer is coming off a number of quality releases and is continuing that trend with this one.
He aptly describes the genre of his music as “feels”, and that is certainly appropriate. His rendition undoubtedly goes for the uplifting approach. It has a high amount of energy with a solid drum pattern throughout the majority of it. A feel-good progressive melody rounds out the numerous and fulfilling climaxes — the best kind of climaxes.
Luke Shay continues to prove why he is an artist to watch with this release.
