Chocolate Puma and Tommie Sunshine have teamed up for an absolute screamer in this new track, “Chicago Disco.” Let’s start with the horn section, a fat, 4-note earworm accompanied by groovy percussion. While I could personally do without lyrics altogether, these guys don’t try to reinvent the wheel and make singing along a total breeze. I really can’t say this enough: Chocolate Puma are simply unstoppable. This duo have taken full advantage of the resurgence of house music, cranking out tune after tune of pure dance floor filth. For Tommie Sunshine, his versatility continues to define his career, as his collaborations and genre choices have varied from Mebourne to Big Room, Deorro to Zac Waters, and everything in-between.
