Itro – Dreams [Free Download]

Usually one leaning more towards progressive house, the Dutch producer by the name of Itro has just released an EP that went in a different direction than what he typically does. The lead single off the EP is “Dreams”, and it is the clear standout. It has a somewhat mellow, ambient feel, but it also has some uptempo moments. Most notably during the climax. The structure and even to some degree, the sound of the track is quite reminiscent to Porter Robinson’s “Sad Machine”. A catchy melody repeats quickly over drums and a steady bassline. Overall, this is one of Itro’s better tracks and one can only hope that he continues to keep making more like it in the future.
