Moe graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in Finance but somehow stumbled his way into this lovely race that we call the music industry. At 24 years old, he’s been involved on the business side of things for about 3 years now, blessed with an amazing roster of artists that he considers family. Together, they have all watched each other grow while helping each other out every step of the way. On a side note, he also loves long walks on the beach and pizza is the way to his heart.

To me being an influential figure means a lot of things. But if I had to choose one thing that I strongly believe in I would say giving others the ability to discover the talent and skills that they possess within themselves. I’ve been lucky enough to have some of the best mentors helping me navigate my way through this industry and with their help I’ve learned a lot about myself. Specifically what my strengths and weaknesses are. Knowing this has helped me grow as both an individual and a manager.

Myles Shear [Golden Hare Group]

Myles Shear

Age: 22

Few can boast the level of success that 22-year-old Myles Shear has had in an industry as competitive and cut-throat as music. Originally studying Sports Management at Flagler University, he made the decision to change and study music production at Full Sail University with a view to pursuing a career in music. Having already deejayed at house parties and nightclubs in Miami from the tender age of 16, Myles began to produce under the alias of Nexus, experimenting with the sounds of dubstep and electro house. He was quick to realize however that his real skill set rested in promoting music rather than making it. After reaching out to Thomas Jack, who came to live in his college apartment, the pair stumbled upon a Norwegian producer by the name of KYGO who was just beginning to make a name for himself through his distinctive style of remixes. After seeing the huge potential in the him, Myles made no hesitation in snapping him up, becoming his manger in October 2013 and setting them both on a path to unparalleled success. In that same year he co-founded EDM Sauce, a publication that now resides at the very top of musical journalism.

KYGO’s unprecedented rise from bedroom producer to global powerhouse in such a short amount of time is not only a testament to Myles’ capabilities as a manger but also to his sheer determination to ensure the success of his artists (his roster currently consist of Kygo, Thomas Jack, and Riff Raff). With KYGO’s first original track ‘Firestone’ now close to 70 million plays on Spotify and with a debut album set for release later this year, the pair are destined for even bigger things for 2015 and beyond.

Let’s not get there, let’s be there.

Joshua Steele / Flux Pavilion

Flux Pavilion

Age: 26

From his first release at age 19 to twice selling out Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, singer/songwriter, record producer and label owner Josh Steele aka Flux Pavilion has been a consistent and influential presence in the electronic music world. Notching up a UK top 10 hit with Sway and earning a nod from rap titans Kanye West and Jay Z in 2011’s “I Can’t Stop”- sampling “Who Gon Stop Me”, Flux has gone on to collaborate with a diverse selection of artists such as Childish Gambino, Dillon Francis, Steve Aoki and Turin Brakes plus provide remixes for Skrillex, Jamiroquai, MIA and DJ Fresh. Zane Lowe dubbed “I Can’t Stop” the “Hottest Record in the World” and ever since that endorsement Josh’s music can be found regularly cropping up in the playlists of MistaJam, Fearne Cotton and Eddy Temple Morris as well as drawing attention from Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre, Prodigy, Fat boy Slim and Christina Aguilera.

In 2014, Josh was the first producer ever to be officially asked to remix the Star Wars “Rebels Theme” and in the last few years there’s been three US tours, two UK tours, DJ sets at Glastonbury, Reading, Coachella, EDC Vegas plus live performances with Example, Foreign Beggars and Chiddy Bang. 2015 will see the release of his first solo album.

I think that if you have people listening to your work and your voice you have to really respect that and don’t let it affect your process and approach. I didn’t get where I am on my own. It’s important to me to remember that the influence and success of Flux Pavilion is down to the extremely hard work from everyone around me and the love out there in the electronic music communities that give the music the power that it has around the world. Influence is only as strong as the message it holds, and Flux is all about Electronic Music and how important it is that the love is consistent and strong.
