2015 is shaping up to be the year of massive collaborations, it would appear. Last night Skrillex, Tchami, Mercer and DJ Snake spun a very intimate b2b set at Grand Central Miami that ended up being a teaser for DJ Snake’s new music, Runthetrap reports. Two separate tracks were found that have been identified as collaborations with Major Lazer & Skrillex.
Both Major Lazer and Skrillex are a perfect match for DJ Snake and it shows in the previews. You can tell how much DJ Snakes sound has changed over the past year and I must say, it’s a refreshing change. A more refined and tame sound has paired well for the two different styles that these collaborations bring to the table. Although no release date has been set, we will be eagerly crawling the internet for news and better versions of DJ Snake’s latest projects.
