The much hyped Missy Elliott remix of “Take U There” from Skrillex & Diplo‘s collaborative project Jack U is everything we could have wanted. Her eloquent voice syncs perfectly over the slightly manipulated beat and meshes beautifully with Kiesza‘s already established vocals to create three and a half minutes of high-energy bliss amplified by rich lyricism.
Although there isn’t much variation from the original record as far as production goes, there is no denying that Missy Elliot’s remix serves as perfect closure to the thousands of renditions the track has received.
