Fresh Face Friday This Week Goes All In

Featured in the mid-month Fresh Face Friday contest this week, are a few strapping young lads with an ear for rhythms and big bass. Ranging from Canada to France and to the states – there’s no denying the close race contest this week will be.

With that being said, have a gander and vote for your favorite artist this week.

aThousandKings – Close To You (aThousand Kings Remix)

As an Electronic/House/Dubstep artist fast rising in the Central Okanagan, aThousandKings has quickly built a solid reputation through not only representing himself as an experienced audio engineering professional but from the momentum he’s generated playing various clubs/events year round including large festivals such as; Kelowna’s “Center of Gravity” and Calgary’s “Badlands Music Festival”(see attached graphics).  aThousanKings is a smart minded, honest, goal orientated Producer/DJ whose passion and dedication for music is obvious as he consistently shows a strong well-rounded knowledge and firmly believes in the core values of music and the energies it can create, letting his productions and stage presence speak for themselves.

Papiyon – Hungry

Hope you enjoyed it, vote for your favorite!

From an early age in my life, I learned to play the piano. Moving on in my life I discovered electronic music, I started to take an interest into sound design, next thing you know I am making music in my own style. I don’t limit myself to a genre because I become influential to all other genres which makes me more creative. I take the scene of bass music, you know from Glitch Hop to Drum & Bass. Many artists out there that influence me but artists I like, and that influence me the most have got to be Noisia and Koan Sound.
