Anyone well versed in EDM knows about Evol Intent. These guys have been some of the masterminds and driving forces behind the Drum & Bass scene long before I even knew what techno was. I have massive respect for these guys, so I’m very picky when it comes to them getting remixed. That being said, Jameston Thieves & Dirty Doses hit the nail almost precisely on the head with this fantastic, high energy, dirty house flip of Evol Intent’s D&B anthem, Middle of the Night. Personally, I feel the synths could be a little bit quieter, but that’s easy to overlook if you’re a fan of rowdy, dirty, house music.
