I think 2015 is going to be a year centering around identity. People who have character, and express style will rise, or at least that’s my hope. Charlie Darker has been bubbling; he ended last year with an EP from Kannibalen Records and now he’s gone off and released a free original called “Wicked And Wild.”
Charlie is continuing to refine his sound, with the latest result being another electro nuke. It’s a freakin’ party bomb waiting to explode. “Wicked And Wild” is like the super-hero version of big room house, and don’t let the mention of big room discourage you at all. This song does everything right and is a testament to electro. Charlie has created his own unique sound within the genre that can easily be taken elsewhere.
