They say that hard work will take you places. That appears to be the case with Miami’s musical hustler Henrix. Before 2014 said a final farewell, Henrix slipped in a massive electro house tune called “Light” and a freebie progressive house weapon named “Feel Alive”. Stepping into 2015, Henrix released a collaboration by the name of “Reaper” with Darmon (who Henrix worked with on a remix of “Safe And Sound” by Capital Cities). But right when you think he’s done, he adds a whole new track before the month’s up.
Henrix will bust out another original collaboration by January 20th. Joined by Celeda serving as the ambiguous voice of the track, “The Underground” fires away pure big room heat in the form of horns and kicks. It flows with incredibly precise power beat after beat and resonates remarkably well for any dance floor anywhere. Within a month, this young producer will have four massive songs out with three housed by big electronic dance music labels. If he continues to put out top-quality music with this sort of consistency, then I’m left with an absurd amount of anticipation for future releases.
