One of the standout songs of 2014 “You’re On” has received its own stylized music video. Not to discredit Madeon or the people behind this music video but I can’t help but think of Porter Robinson’s music video for “Lionhearted”. The speechless story follows a girl and her headphones. One night while sitting next to her window and looking over the city she sees a tower in the desert illuminate with glorious orange light. The following day she notices a man with a tattoo on his wrist similar to the pattern she saw the night prior. This ends up with her at a nightclub where a small time dj is playing, maybe you heard of him his name’s Madeon. She follows the man to a sign that they both touch causing the tower in the desert to light up as an ominous “To Be Continued” comes onto the screen.
