On December 8th, Club Cartel Records released Volume 3 of their On The Rise compilation. On that compilation was a name I am very familiar with: Kastra. He’s one of those guys that could go a whole set playing his own music and the crowd would be going bananas throughout. It’s just banger after banger for this dude. “Thump!” is no exception. Melbournce bounce has been a specialty of his and with this new one he takes the sound into a cool direction, changing things up just enough to produce something fresh. After a short introductory build, Kastra blows things up and from then on it’s money. Even though you’re gonna have to purchase this one, it’s well worth the price. There are plenty of freebies from this dude, so make sure to go through his discography if you are unfamiliar.
