Recently there was a promotion on Skrillex’s website’s store for a free copy of “Jack U – Get Free/Cinema VIP” for anyone who made a purchase. Some people like myself found a work around of adding an item to the cart, checking out, adding the song and removing the item allowing you to get the song for free. I’ve noticed other websites have covered this as a Skrillex remix or Skrillex VIP but what this actually is, is a mashup of Cinema by Benny Benassis with the Andy C remix of ” Get free” by Major Lazer. That being said, it is a good mashup and free is free. Hopefully with the holiday season rolling around this is only the start of new Jack U content.
