It seems like Australia is just gonna take over the whole damn music world. An act that I had yet to encounter, Oshan, dished out a freebie this week that caught my attention, and after finding out the act is from the land down under, I wasn’t surprised as to the quality and style of the remix. “Permission To Love” by Hayden James has a new edit that is a super sensual version of future funk. Imagine if the genre got too stoned off some euphoric indica; that’s what you get here. I’m so glad this came out when it did, because while I’m studying for finals, I need something a little more on the subtle side, and this is perfect.
