If you love bass music, then you should love Prismatic. You should also love Play Me Records, who released Prismatic’s new EP, Isle, this week. Two dub tracks and two drum & bass tracks make up the release with collaborations from Srey Davi, Foster & Nori. There’s a lot of aggression packed into this project, aside from “Reclamation” which has a more subtle nature to its composition. A lot of the aggro style has to do with the epic sound design that Prismatic implemented, and obviously, throw that into DnB tracks and you have yourself a wild ride. There will be a lot of projects that come out, but this is one that I hope gets around. Show it some love by getting yourself a copy and sharing it to your fellow bassheads.
