When I think of Skrillex I imagine a hard hitting beat and a heart rate of 140 bpm. I am guilty of associating all his music with the modern style of EDM composition but in reality, his music transcends that generalization. When I watched “Ease My Mind” performed on the piano, it was a completely different beast.
Instead of the typical style in which one listens to Skrillex, long time fan Hasit Nanda decided to give the dubstep song the beautiful cover it deserves. If you thought it was all about hard drops then prepare to be amazed. The sheer musical composition behind both the song and performer makes us want more of these fantastic covers:
