It was back in August that I last posted about the #RealDJing movement, led by A-Trak. There has been a lot of progress made on that front, but today, veteran DJ and true master of the decks DJ Craze put this video up as a testament to real skill.
He starts off with a sample from a (honestly) funny Daniel Tosh segment, but gets into the meat of the matter with Kanye West’s “New Slaves.” The message here is clear — fake DJs, like (according to the video) Steve Aoki, Pauly D, and Paris Hilton, are not welcome. They treat the decks like props and not like the real instruments that they can be.
