Part of the upcoming free remix EP, Murtagh and Veschells take on “Cool Friends” by Silva Hound is dark electro grunge. Sitting in at 115bpm, this remix is perfect for fans of harder and grittier electro. There is influence of Porter Robinson’s older style from his Spitfire EP and hints of the new Madeon track “Imperium”. That’s not to say this remix doesn’t have its melodic moments. There is a good balance of beauty and madness to this track that I think any electro heads will appreciate.
