Covers of Deadmau5’s Strobe are ten-a-penny on YouTube, but Niall Fegan’s acoustic effort is a cut above the rest.
For Strobe, Fegan melds acoustics and the electronic to create a memorable experience. There are several percussion instruments, a quirky candle-lit piano and retro sounding guitar riffs, with Ableton pumping synths and beats into the background.
Niall Fegan is a producer living in London, and his Strobe cover is his first YouTube upload. As of now he has only 35 subscribers, and if he keeps this level of production up, he may someday level with the top musicians on YouTube.
