In an interview with Rolling Stone, Bassnectar revealed how his latest track, “Thursty,” was conceived. It started out as a submission from a fan named Craz and Bassnectar was so blown away that he decided to add his touch to the track and it became the beast that it is today.
“I’m obsessed with getting music to sound cleaner, thicker, heavier and ‘as perfect as possible,'” Bassnectar continues. “I could hear a lot of ways that his ideas could be more explosive and complete and asked if he wanted to team up on that song.”
Clean, thick, and heavy is exactly how we would describe “Thursty,” so cheers to Bassnectar and Craz for executing on their first collaboration. The NVSB remix album will be dropping October 28th and you can get your preorder on here.
