After his successful remix of “The Next episode” by Dr.Dre, which gained over 350,000 views on soundcloud, San Holo is back with his unique take on Eminem’s classic track “Lose Yourself”. This track is something that had to grow on me at first because of how different it is. My first, few listens, the track didn’t full resonate with me, but after about the third or fourth time I found myself getting really into this remix. I would almost call this remix eerie as the way San samples and creates a haunting effect on the words and the meaning behind them. This is what I like to see from a remix, something that cleverly uses its source while making something new and fresh. You can give this remix a listen below and maybe even lose yourself.
