Over the years, Trevor Moffitt aka BONES has been building his name as one of the best house curators in the game as well as a more than capable DJ.
BONES has been doing this for years, and it’s no surprise that Dim Mak eagerly picked him up when he moved out to Los Angeles. His media channel, Gotta Dance Dirty™, has over 21,000 followers on SoundCloud. If you haven’t given them a listen, be sure to check their operation out.
A few weeks ago, BONES truly reminded us of his full range of sound with his “THE DEEP END Vol. 7” This hour long mix through multi-subgenres of house music is packed full of deep and layered basslines that are sure to make you move. Whether jazzy-vocal-centric or basing the feel off of purely the sound design, BONES keeps us guessing what is next and yearning for more all the way to the very last second. Featuring dance floor slayers from Treasure Fingers, Foamo, Joris Voorn, and Gorgon City, The Deep End vol. 7 is good to the last drop.
Moffitt has also been heavily involved with NIGHT BASS – the LA event turned North American tour featuring Jack Beats, Hannah Wants, AC Slater, Kry Wolf, and others (including BONES). After the tour wraps, NIGHT BASS will settle back into it’s Los Angeles home so be sure to check it out!
