DJ Equipment Triggers Bomb Scare on the Hollywood 101

A bomb scare which caused the closure of the Hollywood 101 in Los Angeles was the result of DJ equipment, LA Fire Dpt. officials have reported.

A collision involving a SUV and sedan resulted in the emergency services calling out the bomb squad to investigate a possibly dangerous device.

Those at the scene reported that the mysterious device resembled that of a IED bomb which prompted the call following the collision.

Traffic was diverted from the Hollywood 101 in both directions, and the collision occurred on the southbound section of the freeway at Barham Boulevard, authorities reported.

Unless within the hands of a vapid socialite celebrity, DJ equipment will not endanger anyone… yet.
