Never Say Die Continue Their Black Label Series

NSD62500

Out on Monday is the third edition in Never Say Die’s Black Label series – a set of EPs curated by label owner SKisM to preserve the classic sound of dubstep that the label was born out of. Like with the previous two editions, they have included the sounds of Trampa, a UK-based artist whose unmistakably evil brand of bass surely deserves a signing before too long. He brings the resonating “Jam Rock” to the collection, which has incredible power and individuality.

Smog Records’ Dubloadz and suave German pair London Nebel have joined forces to create “Battle Mode”, an almightily rhythmical piece that pounds you into submission. The Frim, aged just twenty, is certainly another act to keep an eye on, and his contributing “Hi” is a brilliantly textured sound, whilst Twine – who has previously released on Firepower, Smog and Rottun comes in all guns blazing with “Freakin’ Out.”

Another booming success from the Never Say Die clan, they simply can’t seem to put a foot wrong at the moment. Be sure to take a listen to Vol. Mix 62 whilst you wait for the EP to land on Monday.
