Deadmau5 announced earlier this week a new project titled 5 years of mau5. The project, as far as we can tell, will be a remix album featuring remixes from major acts such as “chuckie, dillon francis, nero, eric pryds, nero, madeon, pig n dan, botnik and more.”
The release date for the album will be November 25th of this year, making it (technically) the mau5’s second album of the year. Also newsworthy is that it will reportedly be a double album, meaning we’re going to be getting a whole lout of mau5. The album cover will be an amalgamation of all his past album covers. 
Dillon Francis is already confirmed for a remix of “Some Chords” thanks to a video from this year’s Mad Decent Block Party on August 31st.
