Last week, we had the luxury of premiering a single, “Back Again,” from the seventeen year old producer Rob Gasser. Usually I’m not one to really want to double dip in projects, but holy hell, is this EP a good one. Not only is this EP special because of its incredible and diverse content, but this marks the first artist release from cloudhead records. Each track is a juicy and succulent course of its own, with sounds coming from all over the genre map. Whether you are talking some clean glitch with “Wildfire” or some berserker dub in “Get Mad,” you’re getting nothing but quality. The last single, “Taking Over” is a collaboration with Miyoki, and might I say, it wraps the project up quite serenely.
