The highly discussed and talked about duo called JACK U just released their first track on iTunes. That’s right, the group comprised of Skrillex and Diplo had to this day still yet to release anything official other than on their newly minted Soundcloud account. The song is titled Take U There and features vocalist Kiesza who lends her fitting although often overshadowed voice to the single. The track has garnered an interesting amount of polarized feedback, from fans loving it to listeners taking to Twitter to exclaim their distaste. While not particularly revolutionary, the track is pleasant and is fitting for festival performances but overall I was expecting a bit more from Skrillex and Diplo.
