As a long time Pacha guest and Ibiza regular, Kaz James is no stranger to the DJ realm. Hailing from Australia, Kaz is climbing the ladder to the top with his constant drive to succeed. Kaz has hopped away from his current home in London to play some of the biggest festivals in the world, such as Hard Summer, Stereosonic, Isle of Dreams, and Tomorrowland.
As if the life of a DJ/producer isn’t busy enough, Kaz keeps his schedule full by pursuing other hobbies, as well. In his plans are to host his own night entitled “Show Me” at Paradise Club in Mykonos. “Show Me” has already booked some big names for its kick off in the upcoming year like Nervo, Steve Aoki, Sneaky Sound System, and Autoerotique.
His love for coffee has also inspired Kaz to delve into the java business. Three years ago he launched Shoreditch Grind with a lifelong buddy David Abrahamovitch in London. Since then, they have launched two more coffee shops with several more already in the works. However, his Grind locations are unique in combining his love for music and coffee. With a studio upstairs at one cafe and a deck downstairs at one of his other’s, the theme of music in Kaz’s life is apparent.
“I was inspired to get into music by my family. My Aunt used to play old disco and early house records around the house. I remember hearing Technotronic’s Pump Up The Jam and wanting to discover more music like it.”
As a testament to his musical talent, Kaz James recently released Show Me All Your Love, a feel good, catchy anthem that puts you right back into the mindset of summertime. It’s funky. It’s unique. It’s happy. It’s fun. Check it out below and buy it on Beatport to show your support!
