LA’s Party Favor has been etching his name over and over in the granite tomes of twerk and at this point it is safe to say, this man doesn’t make twerk music…he is twerk music. “Sweat,” his latest release on Bomb Squad Records, is proof that the man who is known for his booty bouncing remixes can drop it to the floor on an original as well.
The track is evidence of what Party Favor does best, which is keep the energy popping from start to finish. When we spoke to him in an exclusive interview earlier this year, he mentioned that his music, “is very constant. There’s not a lot of lulls or dropouts or big anthem builds, I like to give you energy and time to rage.” If anyone thought he was kidding, “Sweat” is a perfect example of this credo.
