After relocating from L.A. State Historic Park due to renovations earlier this year, it looks like Hard Summer may have to find a new home once again. LA Weekly reports that the California music festival will not be returning due to the possibly drug-related death of a 19-year-old attendee on the second day of the event, as well as the 140+ arrests made over the course of the weekend. As far as an official statement from the festival organizers, Hard publicist Alexandra Greenberg says “There is no information on plans for Hard Summer at this time as they are in heavy preparations for Day of the Dead [Hard’s fall festival].”
