Deep house very rarely piques my interest quite like this track just did. Aaron Jackson has a talent that could push him very far in his career and this remix is probably only a little taste of what he’s really capable of.
The track is supremely dark and seedy, groovy and bouncy, and so very very danceable. It’s the perfect late-night track for when the crowd needs a little bit of a pick-me-up. All of the little touches in it are quite amazing, too — such as the small chimes, the pitch oscillations on the bassline, and subtle synth chords that add to the dark atmosphere of the track.
