The very same institution that kick started my electronic affair with Pretty Lights back in 2009, is continuing its student conscious beginning of the year concert. After Krewella’s appearance last year, the recent Boulder transplant, Corey Baker aka Kill Paris will be bringing his unique blend of keytar-shredding, baby-making electronic music to more than 10,000 lucky CU students this year.
Supported by Eoto and the popular local booty dudes, BEARSOHMY, this year’s Welcomefest lineup is nearly 100% Colorado homegrown (with the exception of Aussies, The Griswolds). While this event is restricted to CU students, all Buffs with valid student ID will be admitted fo’ free.
