Last week I posted a feature that included a “Boom Clap” remix, along with another song. This week, I have another remix of that song, off the same Atlantic Records release, that was done by Club Killers. Their clean trap sound would slap on headphones, in the car or through a wall of speakers that were found on a festival stage. As far as catchy goes, this tune is definitely; however, it’s not one of those “aww this is so cheesy and stuck in my head.” It’s more like you walk through your day with a grin on your face because it’s playing in your head. Throw into the mix Charli XCX and you have yourself quite the tune. The mix and master is pretty flawless, so for any of you producers out there needing a reference, you have one. And that sub bass though, ugh! Brings a tear to my eyes.
