Hailing from Boulder, Colorado, Covex drops this neurofunk-glitch hop hybrid beast of a tune. The track features everything from some funky neuro vibes to full-on orchestral string elements — pretty unique and diverse.
“Can’t Look Away” starts out soft with some strings and smooth drums, and slowly builds and slips into it’s first drop. Immediately following the beginning of the break, Anna Schofield’s awesome chill vocals come in along with some piano, blending effortlessly and seamlessly with the atmosphere put forth by the first half of the tune. The tune continues to sustain the chill vibe throughout its entirety and makes for an awesome way to start your week, and there’s nothing quite like a good dose of smooth, chill bass music to do just that.
