The Parisian trap fiend known as Tomsize has grown bigger and better since we started following him last year and our admiration for his talent has once again been justified with his latest track “Hands In The Air.” His style is often defined by massive festival sized plucks and big spacious reverbs, although this time, he keeps the size up but utilizes the pitched vocal manipulation technique that has been popularized by fellow DJ Snake‘s “Turn Down For What.”
“Hands In The Air” is yet another example of how Tomsize masterfully executes the 808 and keeps his rhythms constantly evolving. For the hook, he pulls a perfect sample by bass music favorites The Ragga Twins, which sets up for an onslaught of bass on the drop. Although he often works with fellow parisian Simeon, we are excited to see Tomsize deliver on this all original track. Go show him some love on social media, grab the download, and rate.
