Fresh from the recent release of his Spiral Animals remix album, Dubvirus is back with a brand new remix for fellow up & comer, Subatomica, a talented duo from New Mexico.
Blending elements of dubstep and mid-tempo glitch, Dubvirus‘ took ‘Cloud Shadows’ and twisted it into a bass-fueled trip down the rabbit hole. A deceptively simple intro progresses into a much fuller arrangement which culminates in a drop pulsating with sub-bass and the producer’s signature laser synths. Eerie and melodic, the track is heavy without being overwhelming, emphasizing the low-end without sacrificing musicality.
Dubvirus‘ remix is one of 10 others supporting ‘Cloud Shadows’, Subatomica‘s first official release.
