Usually if David Guetta’s name is on something I’m not too hyped on what it could be. Thank goodness Bassanova makes up for any shortcomings with his remix “Lovers of the Sun.” He goes big with this one, catering to a sound that is extremely fan friendly. Electro meets big room meets Bassanova? Perfect.
The Fray is one of those iconic bands that when remixed, the result is usually nice. 9Four turned out a remix of “How To Save A Life” that is much more than just nice. Whether you want to lose yourself in a burst of energy, or you just want to vibe out to some quality music, this tune is perfect for you. Melodic, beautiful and serene, 9Four’s take is a gem.
Fiasko Daniels is a need to know name. He has work coming out soon with the artist Kaptain, but now he has his original entitled “Foreign Exchange” that was reposted to our Soundcloud this week. He crafted original sounds to create a wonderful myriad of tones that resulted in one of the freshest tracks of the week.
Gentlemen Thieves provide some much needed trap to our collection. “Juice” is a wet hood tune for all the people who like to get a little bit ratchet. Even though pluck sounds tend to get abused, this production does none of that. The melodic structure is composed with care and attention to detail. It’s all the trap you need.
Going deep is Mountain of Youth with his single “Thinkin’ About Love.” With The Night IV and Jay-Z, this production packs a punch for a chill house tune. Tropical vibes rid the composition for a high quality summer track that everyone needs to download. You can do that for free too, so I suggest that you do.
