For the first time, an EDM company will host a televised halftime show for a major North American sporting event. Life in Color (formerly Dayglow), most widely known for hosting EDM paint parties, will bring Martin Garrix to perform at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium for the Guinness International Champion’s Cup Final on August 4th. Although no paint will be involved, viewers will enjoy lasers, LED lights and fireworks, as well as a surprise announcement. The match and halftime performance will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1, but for soccer and EDM fans who want to experience it live, you can purchase tickets here.
