Belgium’s own Venemy has signed on to Play Me Records and subsequently released his EP, Mystery, through the outfit. He was not alone in this project as he recruited Alexandra to be on both originals, as well as had Kedo on “Paradise Mystery.” Remixes come from Sirensceol, Eliminate, Legion and Crystal Skies to bump this project up to six tracks. However, we’re still not done, as we have a free remix that is separate from the EP from T-Mass whose hybrid style take you to the clouds and beyond.
You get some various doses of dubstep and drum & bass in this EP for a true bass masterpiece, although the melodic sound tends to not focus on bass exclusively. Tracks like the original “Paradise Mystery” are rich with hi-pitched synthesizers working magic on your ear drums. Sirensceol’s take on “Let Go” is the most heavy track off the project, utilizing some different growls to really pack a punch. Get your breakbeat on with Legion & Eliminate whose remixes stack the energy with fast paced rhythms.
