You’ve seen a bit of OLWIK’s work around Your EDM before, but now the Swede is back with a huge new progressive original ‘Taking Over’.
It’s quite apparent that OLWIk has put some thought into this tune, from the soulful vocals to the absolutely massive sound design. Anyone who’s ever tried their hand at producing should know how tough it can be to get a wide and crisp super saw to feel weighty and responsive. However, OLWIK has absolutely nailed a massive sound that would feel at home on Anjunabeats.
The vocal effort by Alexa Lusader is an excellent addition to the entire piece and OLWIK’s camp tells us that he personally got in touch with her after hearing her record ‘White Snow’.
