We’ve seen trap music bend and waver through dubstep, electro, and big room genre manipulating, but we’ve never heard trap quite like this. “Shots Fired” is a three way collaboration between Skellism, Vena Cava, and Highlight, who all flexed pretty hard to pack so much power into this massive track. The tune is melodic, it’s heavy, it’s up and it’s down. It takes you from lush glitching textures to beating hardstyle in a matter of seconds and just as your heart begins to pump out of your chest it drops into laser infused trap.
