Pop, soul, and EDM can all be found within “Changing Me,” a cool production from the Dallas to New York music maker Bobby Green. If you happened to see the Broadway version of Green Day’s American Idiot or their re-up of RENT, you may recognize the vocal work from Sean Michael Murray, who starred in both projects heavily. His work here is soothing, matching the instrumental in its mollifying qualities that melt the listener from the inside out.
After going through Bobby’s Soundcloud, which is a must if you are not familiar with this producer, I became more familiar with his signature sound that centers around electro, yet he takes it nearly every direction it can in his work. This particular one being a more subtle, chilled out version that has me grooving along on this Tuesday evening. I’m going out on a limb and calling this the tune of the day; it just makes me feel too darn good. Hopefully, it makes you feel the same type of way.
