With a reported £30,000,000 (approx. $50,000,000) the Scot is the wealthiest DJ in the world and comes in second behind Adele (£45,000,000 or $75,000,000) as one of the wealthiest artist in music in the UK that’s under 30. Calvin passes One Direction (£14,000,000 or $23,500,000), Leona Lewis (£13,000,000 or $21,800,000) and others. While impressive, compared to all other UK artists, all ages combined, that sum seems rather small. The Sunday Times, the publication behind the Rich List report, aggregated the top 10 richest people in music in the UK and Ireland as well and the staggering result is below:
