ill.GATES and Ninja Tune Records have teamed up to launch a free iOS app that allows it’s users to remix and edit a Ninja Tunes track from any mobile device. The app breaks tracks down into individual instruments and quantized samples for ease of use, but adds an endless world of expression through arrangement, processing effects, and the “cold cutter” glitch editor. Once finished, tracks can be uploaded to Soundcloud from within the app and shared with friends.
To kick off the launch, ill.GATES invites you to tag your remixes with #NINJAJAMM & #ILLGATES to be submitted into a contest that will reward the winner with $100 worth of sound packs from illmethodology.com, a $50 voucher from Ninja Tunes and ill.GATES‘ entire discography. 
For now, the app only features Ninja Tunes releases but hopes to grow with the participation of other labels. Ninja Jamm can be downloaded through their website here.
