If there are two things Philadelphians love, it’s great live music and their sports teams. With the City of Brotherly Love transitioning to become a great hub for EDM over the past few years, bringing in some of the biggest names in the industry, it only makes sense to combine these two pastimes. This city is continually progressing to bring unique opportunities for fans to enjoy, such as hosting W&W at the Phillies game last summer.
EDM-baseball Phanatics will be delighted to hear that the tradition will continue again this year as trance legend Markus Schulz is set to perform after the Phillies v. Dodgers game on Friday May 23rd. All ticket holders are invited to gather along Citizens Bank Park’s outfield entertainment area and plaza after the game to witness Schulz’s first ever set performed in a baseball field. 
“I’m a huge baseball fan, so to team up with the Phillies for such an amazing event is something I’m really looking forward to. I’ve played in night clubs and at some of the biggest festivals around the world, but can’t imagine what it will be like to DJ in one of baseball’s finest cathedrals,” Markus Schulz said.
The tickets for the 7:05 game include the post-game electronic event, which is being promoted along with one of Philly’s favorite concert venues Soundgarden Hall. They are starting at just $10 and can be purchased here. Food and beverage concessions are also promised to remain open for the entirety of the event, for those of you who enjoy a good snack while you dance.
