It’s becoming more and more common to find individuals crossing over to the EDM sphere. The latest being Mr. Collipark who you might recall from his work with the Ying Yang Twins, Bubba Sparxxx and Soulja Boy, but now you can ID him otherwise. With hip-hop being the Collipark Music CEO’s forte, the jump into making electronic music wasn’t too hard given that he landed in the twerk territory. Who he met there was a familiar face to you all, Meaux Green, one of the leading figures in the 100 game. DPK joins the impartial fun to add his vocal, a sort of PLUR-esque montra of equality and booty shaking, to the mix.
It has been a bit since I have been really blown away by a more traditional sounding twerk track, so it’s nice to have the genre come back full-circle with its sound, yet still be fresh and new. On top of that, having Mr. Collipark on the table is never a bad thing either. You can expect more from the Atlanta producer, who is currently working with Waka Flocka on a song, as well as D!RTY AUD!O. ‘Til then, enjoy the collaboration on “No Discrimination.”
