Wednesdays aren’t the funnest days to experience, but when you have some killer records it makes it easier to get over the hump. From Club Killer‘s remix of “Summer” that hit the airwaves through LA Radio Station KIIS FM to Happy Colors with Hammo Sung and Prince Fox with Choppa Dunks, this package is full of some huge tracks. Some of them are freebies, some of them are not, but all 10 singles are worth your ears. Aside from the singles, we also have an EP from Liberator and a mix from D.B. Cooper to add to your hump day music collection.
The aforementioned names all provided bangers, but who else can you find in here? Jace Mek with a crazy good jungle house remix for one, along with Laurent Lacomucci‘s bumpin’ bootleg of “Pjanoo.” Elk Road slide into the package with a really interesting piece of trip-hop, “Whipped Dream,” that’s one of the handful of free downloads. The dose of dubstep comes from Cosa & Kay with the chilled out “Mind Expander,” as well as a bass-filled bomb from Aylius who remixed “Hero” for the Pegboard Nerd’s remix competition. M8trix also provides a remix of that same song, but he brings the tempo down a bit to keep things tasteful. That’s nine singles; where did the tenth go? You might find it in the eighth spot in this no-particular-order list, but if arranged in a way that exemplified my personal favorites, this one would be more near the top. Haterade & Skellism turn things up with “Taliban.” You already know it’s a slapper!
If you need more, follow some of the hyperlinks and enjoy even more music to help Thursday come a little easier. May everyone’s Wednesday be more like any other day of the week except Monday. Mondays are not our friend either.
