At the beginning of this year, LA’s Protohype premiered a new downtempo dubstep tune during his set at Beta Night Club, which was the perfect place to present his sub-bass-heavy tune.
When listening to a Protohype tune, most would expect some heavy screeching mid bass along with some energy-packed hip-hop style vibes. In this tune, however, Protohype dialed it down a bit, and chose to keep it deep and chill. Be warned though, the tune is extremely base heavy; you’re definitely going to need a proper pair of headphones.
