After the premiere on Danny Howard’s BBC radio show on April 18th, the world was ready for Axwell‘s remix of “Tokyo By Tonight.” Ten days later (today), that very take on the Hook N Sling original is out through Axtone Records for you to purchase. The minimally progressive rework is a melodic wonder, but one thing that can’t go unrecognized is Karin Park‘s stunning vocal performance that comes in after the chorus. Although I do like this approach at times, I think the intro deserved to be blessed by her intriguing tones. The instrumental is big, as you would expect, with a sound that will get crowds riled up with positive energy.
